Pine Island's stunning homes are located across from the Pine Island Audubon Wildlife Refuge. The two community pools and baby pool feature facilities that include restrooms, showers, picnic tables, umbrellas, refreshments, grills and playground equipment. A tennis court is located next to the oceanside pool, or players are welcome to use tennis and squash courts at Pine Island Racquet Club for a fee. Beach walkways are located throughout the community, and a paved biking and jogging path leads south to Duck.
